Introduction to Change Management 101: How to Avoid Self-Sabotage

Course Overview:

This course introduces the fundamentals of change management, with a specific focus on personal and professional change. It explores the psychology of change, common self-sabotage behaviors, and strategies to overcome resistance. Participants will gain the tools needed to manage change effectively, both in their personal lives and in organizational settings, while avoiding the pitfalls of self-sabotage.

Week 1: Understanding Change and Self-Sabotage
