30 Minute "Investment" Life Coaching Initial Session. Your FIRST STEP is to honestly ask yourself how much do you value your desire to make measurable change? Your SECOND STEP is to contact our team at appreciatechangeinc@gmail.com for your "investment" life coaching consultation. Remember change requires work and it will always COST you something. Our scheduling coordinator, Talayah Barnes-Hughes will answer your questions in detail about coaching.  Your THIRD STEP is to finalize your coaching needs with an interview and schedule your session to begin your strategic plan on Day 1.
